eFedLink.org is a Community of Practice designed to support the employment of individuals with disabilities within the federal government. This interactive website provides a platform to enhance the creation, expansion and exchange of knowledge, and to develop individual capabilities. This allows Federal employment personnel such as human resource professionals, disability program managers, selective placement program coordinators and others in similar roles around the nation to deepen their knowledge and expertise by sharing policies, best practices and resources on the recruitment, hiring, retention and advancement of people with disabilities in federal government; and through interaction on an ongoing basis.
